What factors should be considered in the selection of high temperature bearing?

1、 Size limitation

3、 Tolerance

The dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy of high temperature bearings are based on ISO and JIS scales. For machinery requiring high precision and high-speed operation, it is recommended to use bearings of grade 5 or above. Deep groove ball bearings, radial thrust ball bearings or cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for machines with high running accuracy. When the contact surface of the moving body and raceway of the bearing is pressed, it will produce elastic deformation. Some machines need to minimize elastic deformation. The elastic deformation of roller bearing is smaller than that of ball bearing.

4、 In some cases, preloading is applied to the bearing to increase rigidity

This program is usually used for deep groove ball bearings, centripetal thrust ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. The eccentricity of inner and outer rings, shaft bending, shaft or bearing housing tolerance changes, and mismatching will lead to eccentricity of inner and outer rings. In order to prevent excessive eccentricity, self-aligning ball bearing, self-aligning roller bearing, or self-aligning bearing seat are better choices. Voice frequency and torque, dynamic bearings are based on high-precision production and manufacturing, so the voice and torque is small. The combination of deep groove ball bearing and cylindrical roller bearing has special requirements for low noise and low torque.

5、 Installation and disassembly

Some applications require frequent disassembly and installation to ensure inspection and maintenance. Bearings that can be installed separately on inner and outer rings, such as cylindrical bearing, needle roller bearing and tapered bearing, are suitable for this application.
