After the installation of high temperature bearing, in order to check whether the installation is correct, the test run should be carried out. Small machinery can be rotated by hand to confirm whether the rotation is smooth. Inspection items include poor operation caused by foreign matters, scars and indentation, unstable torque caused by poor installation and poor processing of mounting base, and excessive torque caused by too small clearance, installation error and sealing friction. If there is no abnormality, power operation can be started.
Power operation, from no-load low speed start, slowly increase to the rated operation conditions. Test run inspection items are: whether there is abnormal sound, bearing temperature change, lubricant leakage or discoloration, etc. If any abnormality is found, stop the operation immediately and check the machine. If necessary, remove the high temperature bearing for inspection.
1. Prevention of assembly foreign matters: when the bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balance, it is easy to enter the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing into the bearing, so it is better to make dynamic balance before installing the bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease in the bearing chamber for lubrication effect. However, it is difficult for operators to control the quantity well. If the oil or grease accumulates in the bearing chamber, it is easy to enter the high temperature bearing along the shaft when the bearing rotates. Do not apply oil or grease to the bearing chamber. If it is necessary to do so, it should be controlled and there should be no accumulation in the bearing chamber.
2. Prevention of paint rust: paint rust is often found in sealed motor. The motor has a good sound during assembly, but after being put in the warehouse for some time, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very big, and the bearing is seriously rusted when the bearing is removed. In the past, many manufacturers thought it was the bearing problem. After our continuous publicity, now the motor factory has realized that the main problem is insulation paint. The main reason for this problem is that the acid substance volatilized from insulating paint forms corrosive substance under certain temperature and humidity, which corrodes bearing raceway and causes damage to high temperature bearing. At present, the only way to solve this problem is to select a good insulating paint and assemble it after drying and ventilating for a period of time.
3. Selection and control of tolerance of shaft and bearing chamber: the bearing shall rotate flexibly without blocking after being pressed into the bearing. If there is obvious inflexible rotation, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be reduced. If there is obvious "rusty" feeling when the bearing is rotated by hand after bearing pressure, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, the roundness should also be controlled when the tolerance of shaft and bearing chamber is well controlled. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, but not the roundness.
4. Bearing assembly method: because the bearing is a high-precision product, if it is not properly assembled, it is easy to damage the bearing raceway, resulting in high-temperature bearing damage. The bearing should have a special mold during assembly, which can not be knocked at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can be stressed, and when pressing a large ring, only a large ring can be stressed. When assembling, it is required to use pneumatic or hydraulic pressure. When pressing, the upper and lower touch should be outside the horizontal state. If there is inclination, the bearing raceway will be damaged due to stress, and the bearing will produce guiding sound.
The service life of high temperature bearing is closely related to manufacture, assembly and use. Only by doing well in every link can the high temperature bearing be in good operation state and prolong its service life.
